1. Subscription Fees (Maintenance Fees)

Monthly Subscription: Charged as a recurring monthly maintenance fee.

Yearly Subscription: Charged as a recurring yearly maintenance fee at a discounted rate.

Important: Subscription fees (monthly or yearly) are non-refundable, even if you stop using the service before the end of your billing cycle.

2. Performance Fees

Performance fees are charged based on your trading results as outlined in your agreement with Risewolves. Performance fees are calculated only after profits are generated and are non-refundable once charged.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Failure to achieve expected or desired trading results.
• User error in setup, configuration, or strategy selection.
• Cancellation of subscription after the renewal date.
• Incompatibility of the platform with your trading strategy, broker, devices, or internet connectivity.
• Issues caused by third-party services, brokers, or external factors beyond our control.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for fees already paid.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases, such as:

• Duplicate billing caused by a technical error.
• Incorrect charge amounts due to system malfunction.

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at info@risewolves.com within 7 days of the transaction.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our Services after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Refund Policy.
